SPK is a leading company for automobile parts trade, established in Osaka on the year 1917. Our main business is to sell Japanese manufactured autospare parts (OE parts) for Japanese automobiles. Business ranges from domestic to overseas, with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Holland & China.

SPK Singapore is a subsidiary of SPK, opened in 1980. Not only do we deal with autospare parts (OE parts) but we also started whole sale of performance parts in 1999. Main market includes Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Srilanca etc.

 
Brief History
1917 Established in Osaka, as a subsidiary company of C.Itoh & Co., under the name of Osaka Automobile Co., Ltd. The company was the first automobile dealer in Osaka.
1922 Separated from C.Itoh's concern and concentrated its business line on importing and selling automotive replacement parts and accessories.
1927 Started manufacturing the replacement parts in Japan.
"SPIKE" brand was registered.
1949 Company name was changed to The Daido Enterprising Co., Ltd.
Concentrated upon a wholesale business of the automotive replacement parts
1964 Office building was completed at the present location.
1973 Automated warehouse was built in Nanko area, south port of Osaka.
1980 Opened Singapore office.
1990 Opened Netherlands office.
Opened Distribution Center of the replacement parts for the Imported Cars.
1992 Company name was changed to SPK Corporation.
1994 Opened Distribution Center of Auto Accessories in Tokyo, as the 17th branch in the domestic market. Opened Hong Kong office.
1995 Shares were listed in stock market.
1997 Celebrated 80 years anniversary. Opened Malaysia office.
2000 Shares were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. (The 2nd Stage)
2002 Celebrated 85 years anniversary.
2003 Shares were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. (The 1st Stage)
On April 1st, SPK had full corporate stocks of Maruyasu-Shokai and acquired it as the member of the SPK group.
On November 14th, SPK opend the office for resident officers of Guangzhou in China.
